We met Jay at a wine festival where he worked for his uncle. We tested the wine he offered and started a long conversation with him. Jay told us that he always spent his holidays at his uncle’s vineyard and after he finished school he decided to become a vintner as well. So he moved to his uncle and in about five years he will take the vineyard over.
